"There's an administration panel that they can log into which is really easy to use, and they can add new speakers and update details rather than coming back to us," says Susan.

The agency wanted to add more functionality to the site in the future, and Discover Me Design has been flexible enough to allow this.

"In the end we took a bit of a phased approach, so that they will be getting more functionality added at a later stage when they can afford it," says Susan.
